My name is Joyce and this describes perfectly how I feel about painting. It brings me peace, it's how I meditate and calm my mind. Painting is one of the ways that I connect with God. I love the things He shows me and allows me to interpret out and onto a canvas for others to see. Rarely do I feel more connected to Him than when I have a paintbrush or pencil in my hand.
